Columbia University Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

ABOUT

We are dedicated to advancing the science and care of mental and developmental health for all children, adolescents, and young adults.

WELCOME TO CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

Thank you for visiting! We hope you find the information and resources here helpful. The Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry is a division within the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry. Our patients, trainees, and faculty benefit from the extraordinary partnership
between the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and New York State Psychiatric Institute. The depth and innovation of our clinical, training, and research programs distinguish us as an institution. But it is our mission to make a significantly positive impact on the mental and emotional well-being of children, adolescents, teens, and young adults of which we are most proud.

—Dr. Jeremy Veenstra-VanderWeele,
