Clinical and research psychologists are a significant and essential component of the multidisciplinary teams within the Columbia University Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Training opportunities for psychologists abound in every clinical, research, and educational initiative of the division.
Under the auspices of the Office of Clinical Psychology (OCP), externships, predoctoral internships, and postdoctoral fellowships are available throughout the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry also provides research postdoctoral opportunities, including the NIMH T32 research fellowship program.

The predoctoral internship program at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center has four child and six adult track internships available each year.
